Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been purchased.

Store Credit for Undelivered Items

If you do not receive your order due to a verified shipping issue or non-delivery, we will issue store credit for the full value of your purchase. To be eligible, you must notify us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date. Please contact us at support@globalhealthco.com with your order number and details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution, which may include store credit at our discretion.
